Representative Projects


Nigel Peck Centre for Learning and Leadership and Melbourne Grammar School
The office provided advice with regard to the initial sketch proposal for this site in terms of both heritage considerations and the existing master plan for the school.  Melbourne Grammar is one of the most architecturally significant institutions in Melbourne, and preparation of the site for the new structure required gaining permits from Heritage Victoria for demolition of a registered building, reconstruction of part of another registered building, and construction of the new Centre.  Bryce Raworth Pty Ltd played a key role in each of these aspects of the project, as well as in documenting and advising on the associated conservation works to the bluestone Quadrangle buildings.

Melbourne Convention Centre

Bryce Raworth Pty Ltd prepared the Conservation Management Plan for the precinct associated with this major development, and advised on the preparation of a master plan prior to the commencement of the PPP process.  Bryce Raworth then advised Major Projects on heritage considerations in relation to the three tenders, and liaised with Heritage Victoria in gaining their support for the preferred tenderer.  


Old Government House, Brisbane

Bryce Raworth Pty Ltd undertook a Conservation Management Plan for this important historic building and subsequently advised government in relation to the successful incorporation of the building into the surrounding Queensland University of Technology campus. 


Royal Melbourne Showgrounds

In 1995 Bryce Raworth Pty Ltd prepared the Conservation Management Plan for the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds, and commenced its ongoing role as heritage consultants to the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria. The office subsequently advised on the preparation of a master plan that has ultimately led to the rejuvenation of the site as a whole.  The office provided advice throughout the redevelopment process in terms of conservation works to the heritage buildings and  in relation to permit processes with Heritage Victoria.
